Pauline Watts BSc, DipSW
Pauline has over twenty years experience of working in children’s services in both the public and private sectors. Her career has spanned education welfare, residential care for children and social work practice and management in local authorities. Her extensive experience encompasses Assessment and Child Protection, Children in Need and Children in Care as both practitioner and as a senior manager. In addition, she has been responsible for developing and delivering a wide range of audit and evaluation services to improve social work practice.
      Pauline has delivered a wide range of training both single and multi-agency and has been a practice teacher and mentor for the Post-qualifying Child Care Award.
      Pauline holds a Dip SW in addition to her degree, and has GSCC registration and enhanced CRB clearance. She is a member of the British Association of Social Work.
